What formats does LensAI support?
LensAI supports Markdown copy and Markdown download. PDF, Word, cloud sync, and Notion sync are not part of the current product focus.

What is the difference between Q + A and Answers only?
Q + A exports your questions and the assistant answers. Answers only skips user question blocks and exports only the AI responses.

Can LensAI export an entire long conversation?
LensAI can export the messages currently loaded on the page. If older messages are not loaded, scroll up first or choose Full conversation so LensAI can try to load older turns before exporting.
Privacy
Does LensAI upload my conversations?
No. LensAI generates Markdown locally in your browser and does not upload AI chat content to a remote server.

How can I report a bug?
Email support@lensai.me with the platform name, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if possible. Please do not send private conversation content unless you choose to.
